  • Citizen Service Platform (CSP) system is an e-Government 2.0 system and capable of helping citizens interact with governments in a new and democratic way, and can improve traditional e-government system's efficiency greatly. It is therefore important to measure the success of CSP systems from the different perspectives. This study provides the first empirical test of an adaptation of DeLone and McLean's IS success model in the context of CSP. Our findings provide several important implications for CSP and Government 2.0 research and practice. ()
