  • In todays global competition, consumers tend to have more desire. This phenomenon is forcing companies to change the traditional business paradigm and shift orientation to customer satisfaction by improving their competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to determine customer satisfaction with services provided by Giant Hypermarket Cimanggis. The method used is questionnaire method, intended for 100 respondents. Gift and filling of the questionnaire was conducted after the respondent received services provided by Giant Hypermarket Cimanggis. Based on calculations with a Likert scale, it can be concluded that overall customer satisfaction, with an average value of 342.35, where the value is categorized either by the class interval (340-419). While the results obtained Chi Square test results do not differ that consumers were satisfied.. Although it is good, Giant Hypermarket Cimanggis should keep trying to maintain and improve the quality of existing services, so consumers remain loyal to shop at Giant Hypermarket Cimanggis. ()
